I had been using OneDrive for roughly five years (i.e., in the past two years with a Microsoft 365 subscription). I've never been so pissed off at a company or a piece of software in the 25+ years I've been messing around computers. Everyone keeps forwarding me to the Office dept, where they tell me they're not equipped to handle it. I can access files if I do it via the website, which is just dumb. THE WORST PART is that MS forced this - I didn't ask for this to happen!!!! They literally had the software take off all of my files and just tossed them into the cloud and were like "F U, we don't care what you think you want." NOW - NONE of my files will download, despite clicking "Download all OD files now." I cannot open anything that's just 'stuck in the cloud'. Then a few weeks ago, everything needed to be re-downloaded. I want ALL of my files on my laptop locally and use OD to sync everything across multiple devices, including my phone. I'm so pissed with MS and the OneDrive team.
